Why we changed our name (and what's new).

We want to not only help the Church reopen amidst COVID-19 but to also help the Church thrive for years to come. We updated our name to match that bigger vision and expanded features to serve you even better!

New Features for Everyone!

These new features are available to everyone for free!

Copy Events

Previously created events can be copied, allowing users to quickly create a new event matching a previous event's settings.

Edit Responses

Administrators can easily change the response a family left, adjusting name, quantity, and more.

Respondents can Cancel Later

When someone registers for an event, the confirmation email they receive includes a "Cancel Registration" button.

Collect Phone Numbers

When people RSVP for an event, ask them to include their phone number.

COVID-19 Symptoms

Require people to agree that they are not experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19.

Introducing Pro Features

We've added more features that can be accessed for a small fee of $15/month.

Administrators can add multiple responses

Administrators can easily add additional sign ups. Great for people who call in or don’t have an internet connection.

Ask customized questions to respondents

Ask any questions you would like when gathering information. Questions about childcare needs, allergies, etc.

Hide events from the sign up page

Hide future events until closer to the time of the event, allowing you to create events in advance but not show them to people.

Customize the confirmation email users receive

Provide custom instructions or messaging in the confirmation email users receive after they sign up.

Export sign up data to CSV

Export data collected on a sign up page to a CSV file for greater reporting.

Change the color and content of the sign up page

Adjust the title, subtitle, and color of the sign up page to provide an experience that better matches your church.
