Welcome to the Wesley-Knox Pickle Ball Court registration page. The Schedule is open until the end of April. “Teams” that have requested specific sessions are listed on the schedule with their team’s name or contact. Any sessions without a name in the description is available to anyone - first come first served. When you have booked your session, you will receive a return email with confirmation of your booking and information about e-transfer payment. The standard session fee is $30 – when submitting your e-transfer (to [email protected]) please put the dates you are paying for in your memo section if you are paying by cheque (payable to Wesley-Knox United Church add pickle ball and the date on the memo line and for cash – please write your name and date on the envelope – much appreciated. If you are interested in playing at WKUC at a time not listed on the schedule, please contact EJ at [email protected] – if there is no one else booked in the gym and we have a person to open the doors at that time – you will be good to go – weekends and evenings are a possibility. Please enter through the door off the parking lot to the East of the building. Once all of your group players have arrived, ring the bell. CANCELLATIONS - please give 24 hours notice. Click on the link in your original email. You will get a credit to use on another booking. (Sorry, we are not set up for refunds.) FYI - Wesley-Knox may need to cancel your session time with short notice for events such as a Funeral Service or if playing conditions become unsafe.
